Dr. Sandra H Garretson, MD

Every visit we waited over an hour and a half. The staff didn't offer anything within that hour and a half. Nor did they inform us that there was a wait at all. Enough is enough. We decided to go to another doctor and as a final f-you, we were charged an obscene $70 for MY medical records. Even if they were to send my records to the other doctor they would still charge.

3 visits in a row I waited for over an hour for the doctor to see me. The front desk people are rude and aren't very helpful. This is the worst doctor's office I've ever been too.

I toook my 74 year old mother to see Dr. Garretson at the recommendation of my mother's psychologist. We will not be going back. We waited 2 hours to see her. We were getting ready to leave when she became available. She was not prepared and had to comb through my mothers previous records to get up to speed. He manner was also a little too blunt for my mother. The office also seems very over-worked or unhappy. The office manager indicated that waiting so long to see Dr. Garretson was not unusual. Too bad, because it wasn't worth it. I don't think they really cared that we had to wait so long.

I had been seeing Dr. Garretson for some time. The practice recently moved into an assited living facility building and now caters to the residents of the facility. WHile they still see their current patients, they do so in this building. It feels like a nursing home, and then having to wait over an hour my last two appointments. Dr. Garretson was short with me and gave no explanation as to why I had to wait more than an hour for her. It seems as if the focus of this practice is shifting and I can't imagine the existing (younger-aged) patients are going to stick by them. At least not myself.
