Dr. Sandra Lee Kramer, MD

After seeing this person ( I would use the term Doctor loosely) she does not care about the patient. After she took over a practice at Loma Linda, she did not review my records, and only did so when I said its in the file. As someone else said earlier - RUN find a caring doctor that is knowledgeable. Kramer-Geli has moved to a Retirement Community less than 5 minutes from the office. Its time to retire.

Dr. Kramer-Geli has been my internist since 2007. I found her to be very thorough in overseeing and managing my health. She is very professional in demeanor and I knew she cared about my well-being. She always followed up, in a timely manner, with recommendations following test results. I was sorry that she had moved to another practice.

She basically scowled at me the whole time and pushed meOff to a bunch of specialists.

As instructed, I brought my thyroid medication with me to my first appointment. I was diagnosed by a naturopath with hypothyroid via a blood test 5 years ago, which I told Dr. Geli. She looked at the bottle, made a skeptical face because it was natural thyroid and not synthroid, pushed the bottle back at me across the desk and said, "I can test your levels but I can see you're going to do what you want whatever I say." I replied in surprise, "Why, do I seem close-minded to you?" She then issued a perfunctory apology and said she was "projecting" because she had met many "young women" who used thyroid for weight loss and wanted to manage their dosage themselves. She had no interest in talking with me about my fertility awareness charts ("it's not my area"), and she had no suggestions for how to treat my lower back pain. I left wishing I hadn't wasted my time or money going to the doctor.

She never returned my calls.Had an assistant vaguely explain test results to me instead ofdoing it herself.Would not answer any questions regarding my condition.I heard mediocre things about her, went with her anyway and boy do I regret it.Take care folks.

Quite possibly the worst experience with a doctor. I was insulted by her on multiple occasions. She was unprofessional and showed no initiative to offer any care; she quickly passed me off to see whatever specialists that I thought I should see (upon my recommendations, not hers). I have been very ill for over a year, with no resolution regarding what is causing my illness and when I asked for her help, I was denied. In fact, she had zero compassion. When I asked whether there were more tests that could be done to check my gall bladder she said "they can cut you open, but then you don't even want to get an IV..." She was mocking my fear of needles. I asked if she could help list out what I had been tested for already and what had been ruled out and what she might suggest as the next steps for testing, etc. and she told me "you have it right there." She was referring to all of my medical records that I had brought with me for my initial consultation. I don't know how to read… all of the test results. I am not the doctor. The nerve... I truly couldn't believe how I was being treated. She mentioned when we first sat down in her office that it didn't look like I had any recent blood tests. I pulled out the test from an ER visit 3 months prior to show her. Later, as she was bringing the visit to a close I stopped her to ask if she was going to send me for any blood tests. Her reply was "you said you didn't want one." I told her that was certainly not true. She did write up an order for a blood test, but I think I prefer to find another doctor first and to have them write it up. What an awful experience... It was a waste of my time and money. I do not feel that I should have to pay for services that were not rendered. I will be looking into filing a formal complaint with Sansum concerning this experience.

She never got up from her desk when I went in for my yearly check up. All she did was ask a few questions and sent me to see specailits. Is she merely a Paper pusher or a doctor with the well being of he patient?
