Dr McKay is amazing!!!! She sees all 5 of my kids

A few years ago we were looking for a new Pediatrician for we were not happy with the one we were seeing at the time. This particular Doctor never seemed to have time for us, and really didnt do much when it came to physical exams and such. Not so with Dr.McKay. All three of my Children see her, their ages are girl 14 boy 13, and girl 11. She takes her time when seeing my kids even if we are just doing yearly physicals. She is also very thorough with all 3, and doesnt miss a beat, they are examined head to toe. As a Mom its just good to know that my kids are in good hands.

Dr. McKay has not been professional since the move to Mercy. She has brought her child into the office and not attended to the patient because it was her time to leave (at 3:30). We were rushed out of her office and told she was not able to help my child and we were referred to the emergency room for something that should have been handled in her office. We have had very bad experiences since the office has become a part of Mercy. The new girl that helps at the front desk is not friendly or professional at all. Very rude. It is upsetting that the practice has gone downhill. We will not be recommending or using them any longer.

Dr. McKay was fantastic with our toddler! She new just want to say to her to make a doctor's visit fun and not scary. Very easy to talk to and shared a ton of information with our family. The staff was excellent and easy to work with. I love that I can email my doctor anytime with any questions we have! Very detailed, very thorough, and overall a wonderful experience. Thank you Dr. McKay!

We called and got an appointment that same day. She is very courteous and does not talk down to you. She caught a problem with my child that other doctors just blew off. She personally called to follow up to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend her as a pediatrician!

Dr McKay is awesome. She does a great job with my kids and is very thorough.
