Dr. Sandra Michelle Nagler, MD

I can’t believe this woman is allowed to have a job in this field. All she does is criticize people’s weight, accuse them of making up their symptoms/calling them “dramatic”, and talking down to patients. (Please see other reviews as well). This woman is god awful and I seriously wouldn’t wish any experiences with her upon my worst enemy.

I gained some weight from nexplanon and wanted it removed. I experienced mean comments from her about my weight. She dismissed all of my symptoms from the nexplanon and basically called me lazy and a fat-a***. She took it out while gossiping with the nurse, letting me bleed all over myself until I asked her for a bandage. Guess what, I lost the 30lbs I gained from nexplanon 1 month after the nexplanon came out, doing exactly the same thing I was trying before it came out. Rude condescending doctor! Doesn't listen to her patients.

Not gentle and hortible bedside manner

Dont go there if you are overweight or if you are any less than perfectly healthy. She will judge you and criticize the way you look. Very poor sence of humor and most importantly very poor medical judgment. She had no idea I had preeclampsia and I almost seasured because of her medical neglect and lack of attention. Run away as fast as you can and go visit a real doctor.

Dr Nagler is a top notch Dr! I have been seeing her a little over 10 years, She seems to get a lot of grief from others about her Bedside Manner?? She will ask the right question and tell you her concerns she wants people to care about themselves and their life... In her Defense she know her Job!! I would not go to any other OBGYN Dr. but her... I appreciate her approach 100%! THANK YOU Dr. Nagler

Just gave birth last month. My son and I both had some complications. Dr. Nagler was incredibly attentive and came right in when we needed her. I ended up needing a C-section. I was complimented by many staff as to how good my incision looked. She also did an amazing job on my son's circumcision. During our office visits Dr. Nagler was efficient and gave great care. She isn't "warm and fuzzy" but if you know that going in, and realize that experience and expertise are more important when it comes to your health and the health of you baby, you will be very pleased.

I have been going to Dr. Nagler for 17 years, she delivered both of my children via c-section. I knew I was in good hands, she is very good at what she does. Yes, she is direct and to the point but that is what I appreciate! Yes, she will also let you know if you need to change your habits if it means your health will improve.

I've seen Dr. Nagler for close to 19 yrs. Both my daughters are patients. She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. She explains every aspect of a situation and makes sure you have complete understanding. Visited me in the hospital when I was in for an appedectomy just to check in and make sure I was okay. Has walked the extra mile many times for me and my children. Cannot offer enough praise and feel like we are all in excellent hands with her as our physician.

Please don't get into the situation as I did. She is what is described in the title of this comment and 100x more. I can't believe she is still in practice if this is how she treats her patient. Her examination are the most painful and if you cringe and show that you are in pain, she will say something negative as supposed to "ohh I am sorry". And which OBGYN doctor has long FINGER NAILS??? If you ask her question, she will make you feel that is most stupid question asked. Please stay away!

Impossibly difficult to have a conversation with (even small talk) due to her incessant impulse to nick pick and argue with everything you say. “I’m not arguing. I’m having a conversation.” And good luck asking a genuine medical question. You’ll be met with judgment, sarcasm, and being treated like an idiot for asking the question. Turned my first prenatal appointment into a miserable and uncomfortable experience because of her terrible demeanor and lack of common courtesy. Immediately booked with another practice and will never look back.
