Dr. Sandra Isabel Rodriguez, MD

Dr. Rodriguez is the most prompt and reliable doctor, I have been a patient of hers for around 15 years and have had no issues, She always been there for me and has always followed up with me in regards to my health. She always treats me like a friend. I would say that she is the best doctor I have ever had.

It was a very personable doctor’s visit with Dr. Sandra Rodriguez. It was my first time seeing her, but the care and concern she took with me, made me feel like she had been my doctor for many years. I am really thankful to my friend, Lisa!! For recommending me such an incredible doctor.

I have tried to reach Dr. Rodriguez for two days regarding severe, debilitating back pain to no avail. On the first day, I began trying to call the office sometime between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. Received no answer. To the credit of the office staff, I did not let the phone ring long enough to get answering service. At 12:30 p.m. my daughter called and left a message with the answering service. At 3 p.m. she called and left another message which was supposedly marked urgent by the answering service. At that time, she also asked the answering service if the doctor was in the office to which they responded they didn't know the answer to that question. At approximately 4 or 4:30 she called the Leesburg office to seek help in learning if Dr. Rodriguez was in the St. Cloud office and they could not answer the question either. The person in Leesburg stated she would send a "high priority" message to the St. Cloud office asking them to call me. At 5:15 they called, but it just happened… that I was outside for a few minutes with my pets. The following day, my daughter called and once again got the answering service. She gave the message asking for a return call, then asked if the office ever answers their phone. The service responded that they are a third party answering service and did not have the answer to that question. My daughter said, "surely you know if you answer the office's calls all day?" to which the answering service responded "this is a third party answering service, I have your message," and hung up on me. Waited all day - no return call. This is just one example and perhaps the final straw of my experience with this office. I have had trouble getting them to return calls, basically been called a liar, and even told I was no longer a patient. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR RODRIGUEZ.
