Dr. Sandra Ruth Voremberg, MD

Awful experience with her. She was supposed to keep an eye on my newborn at the hospital but did an awful job, since Summit Medical group change their policies I couldn't have my baby's Dr going to the hospital to keep an eye on him and we got this Pediatrician assigned instead, I never met her and she only show up once and didn't even pay attention. Sorry but my current's kid Pediatrician set the bar really high with my first kid. As result of her awful practice my kid ended up in the NICU because she did not pay attention to my kid's weight and rapid breathing. Thanks to the nurses and to the other doctors in the NICU my kid is happy and healthy. I hope my case was an isolated case, however I'd recommend to think twice and do some research before selecting her as your kid's Dr.

Terrible, rude office staff. Dr. allowed mistakes made by staff to remain in records.

Dr. Voremberg's office is great. We have only been going there for about 2 years and switched due to a change in insurance but have been very happy. Our old dr was very patient oriented and really knew our family. We have found a very similar environment with Dr. Voremberg. We don't feel like we are being churned through a mill and that Dr. Voremberg and her staff have made an effort to know not only our kids but our family. Dr. Voremberg has always been available when we needed her and on Wednesdays we are instructed to call her backup, Dr. B. We get sick visits squeezed in on the day that we call and they always follow up. Dr. Voremberg almost always calls us back and if she doesn't Sophia does with a message from the doctor. Sophia the nurse/office manager/receptionist has always been on top of everything we needed: follow ups, paperwork, appts, referrals, etc. She also has helped us a lot in dealing with difficult specialists and following up with them. Sophia is friendly but no… nonsense and incredibly efficient and on top of everything.

Staff is awful. Nasty lazy receptionist, and the doctor does not properly explain problems or hold staff accountable for their behavior. Also, the doctor is never in -- works part-time and if your child is sick in the afternoon or on a Wednesday, you're out of luck. Forget the weekends. Terrible experience.

Dr. Voremberg is our pediatrician and I cannot imagine what our family would do without her. Because of Dr. Voremberg, my youngest child, who has complicated medical needs, is alive today and thriving. At the same time, Dr. Voremberg invests her complete attention and experience to care for my other two children, who think the world of her. Dr. Voremberg makes herself available to us at all hours, never rushes us out of her office and has referred us to countless specialists (all talented and excellent physicians) while managing her very busy practice. The personal attention we receive from Dr. Voremberg and her staff is unmatched by any other physician. The office staff, especially Sophia, is helpful, professional and always accommodating to requests for appointments, referrals, camp/school forms and prescriptions. Sophia tirelessly advocates on our behalf with insurance companies and other physicians, saving us time and money! My children adore Dr. Voremberg's staff, as they are… always ready to hold a hand or find a favorite band-aid. Dr. Voremberg and her staff keep the office and the toys clean....the office and exam rooms are immaculate!! We started seeing Dr. Voremberg about three years ago, when my youngest was born. I wish we met her when my oldest was born 7 1/2 years ago. Dr. Voremberg is smart, compassionate, patient and FANTASTIC at what she does.

It's unfortunate that her desk help ruins the entire atmosphere of the office. Sophia the receptionist is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. She will treat you as if the other patients are more important and does not give you the comfort in your doctor's office that one may want. If you are looking for nice staff and a pleasant doctor's office this is NOT THE PLACE TO GO. I have been going to Dr. Sandy Voremberg for 10 years now and will not put up with it anymore. That is not how patients should be treated or spoken to.
