I believe this is the worst customer service to patients I have ever encountered. I called 2 days ago for my refill prescription of amlodipine and was informed by recording that I would be contacted within 17 hours. Oh well, I was in your clinic Wednesday, the 17th and my blood pressure was first taken 150/100 second take 170/92 3rd take 180/92. Was given medication and had to stay there until my blood pressure normalized. Thanks to NP Royal, a very capable practitioner who you have transferred to the Nellis office who stood by me and made sure I was all right. I cannot say the same for the rest of your staff. When I called for an appointment for my daughter, Tatiana Sandino, on the 15th I was informed that NP Royal, a caring professional, had been transferred to the Nellis location. When we informed the person that answered finally that we would go see him there we were then informed that he was coming into Rainbow office on the 17th. So we booked our… appointment. However, I am appalled how you treat your staff and patients. When we call and try to talk to someone in the Rainbow office we are on a merry go around and usually stay on the line for over 30 minutes to talk to someone. I am sorry but my time is as valuable as yours. You do not treat patients like that. If we use the outsourced appointment service and are told that we will be contacted within an hour????? Well, I had to wait days and finally called and by some miracle reached someone at that location after usually a 45-minute wait on the telephone. Is this how a medical facility is run? Meanwhile, here I am without my blood pressure medication because my refills have expired and NO ONE FROM YOUR OFFICE CONTACTS ME. I believe there is something not right, don't you? By far the worse experience I've EVER had with a MD. Extremely rude, short (literally), and not to bright. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this guy. Not even my enemy!

They accept walk-ins so sometimes you have to wait a bit longer.

He was excellent in diagnosis of my illness in a very professional way. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and relatives for Dr. Tran Sang.

I went to this office based on the reviews they got. Thinking the having a good ratings on some website will help me narrow down my choices. Not until I experienced first hand how bad their services are! As many of the complaints, long hours of waiting just to be called in, also the an hour of wait inside the room! Most people are expecting that the wait is over cause they will called in to be assisted. But not in this clinic! Expect another hour ( inside the room - like a prisoner) waiting the nurse or the doctor to finally take care of you! The worst thing is they called me today, saying that there was some error in the lab and that I will come back for them to draw blood again! What kind of services they have? I feel like they don't really care for their patients time and effort. I hope that the administrator will some how do something about their employees or could be the routine they follow. Someday, all your patients will be gone without you knowing!

Dr. Tran dismisses my problems and told me to forget about it. Since the blood tests came out normal he says that there isn't anything wrong and there's nothing more he can do. Dismisses all my history of problems, doesn't know how to diagnose it because it's not a common problem.

Dr. Tran is the best primary care physician. He listens to his patients and does not make people feel incompetent. My family and all of my extended family go to him as well,including our children.
