Dr. Sangeeta Jhaveri Crouser, MD

I have been with Dr. Crouser for over 15 years and have always received excellant care. She is open, honest, kind and never seems hurried. She has done procedures on me and has always kept me updated. Always, very satisfied with the care from her and her office staff. Highly recommend!

Recently had twins, she answered every question and made me feel more than comfortable and even called to check on me when I went home from delivery.

So it’s been many years since she delivered all three of my children, but every time she was so knowledgeable, calming, and professional. She’s the best!

Dr. Crouser is the most kind and understanding doctor I have ever meet. Even when the office is busy and she is running from room to room, she takes time with me to explain everything clearly. I have recommended her to many people

This office takes forever to get an appointment even as an establish patient then you are really not treated very well. It is a shame that a good doctor is hard to fine but she is rushed and the office is just as rushed and not considerate considering you are paying them.

Rude, inconsiderate and condescending are the three words I would use to describe the office staff at Kingsdale Gynecological Associates. I have never experienced anything like it and wish I would have been able to read a review before having to deal with them first hand. Wow. The office staff have absolutely no manners or concern for the personal circumstances of patients. To top it all off, and I wont apologize for having a busy schedule, the Scheduling Assistant huffed and puffed the whole time I was on the phone with her and then HUNG UP ON ME for absolutely no other reason than being frustrated trying to find a date that worked for my schedule. If youre a new patient, take advice from me THEY DO NOT WANT YOU AND YOU DO NOT WANT THEM!
