Dr. Sanjay M Ahluwalia

I visited this office two years ago only once. I did not like the way the doctor treated me with arrogance and no explanations. He copied my medical history in his notes but those were notes from other physicians, nothing was added from his observations. He did nothing, wasted my time. The worst thing now, I am trying to find a gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy and they will not give me an appointment because they do not see patients from Dr. Ahluwalia. I am very upset, this is totally unfair, unable to be seen by a good doctor because they have those bizarre rules.

Dr Ahluwalia is a great Doctor! I experienced awful upper stomach pain throughout the year with many ER visits. I am grateful to have found Dr Ahluwalia. He quickly identified a very unique stomach disorder and immediately got me the right care. Dr Ahluwalia really cares for his patients well being and I feel he saved my life! I referred my Sister to Dr Ahluwalia and she is very pleased with the care he provided to her. I highly recommend Dr Ahluwalia!

How do get in touch with this doctor if they never answer and their mailbox is full? Lol I’m trying to schedule an appointment....

After reading the other reviews, all I can say is that unhappy people complain. Happy people just keep going to the same doctor. Dr. A is a very quiet man. It may seen that he is aloof - distant. Not true. He DOES care. He KNOWS his field. He is a great doctor. I've been seeing him for 10 years and will continue to do so. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care. His ability to look me in the eye or make small talk is not important to me. What is important is that he can and does take good care of me. His questions are direct. He will redirect the question if he does not receive the information he is seeking. He is very detailed about follow up care as necessary.

I have never had an experience quite like that visit. Filthy dirty waiting area with dirty carpet and ripped up chairs. Almost an hour wait time between waiting area and exam room, and the doctor himself is one strange dude. He asks the same questions over and over again, hardly talks to you, doesn't look you in the eye, and acts like he is doing you some big favor. He is rude, condescending, and has a terrible bedside manner.

I have nothing bad to say about the ladys ive dealt with at the office but the doctor is a joke ive been to see him three times all three times I felt as if he was talking at me not to me I also felt like he didn't have time for me and was just trying to rush on to the next person. Not to mention that each time he felt it was more important to answer his cell phone while in the middle of a conversation with me than to let it go to voicemail and answer it when there weren't any patiences around. long story short if u can go else where because if u didn't have a stomache problem u will have a knot in ur stomache after dealing with this ( and I use the term very loosely) dr.

I had an EGD done today. The doc never so much as said hi to me when I rolled into OR, Never talked to me after procedure, and said he couldn't do anything for me when I called him in excruciating pain and stared arguing about everything I was saying also he kept trying to interupt me when I was talking. Sanjay needs to read more of his reviews because this, and I use this title loosely, doctor sucks!!!
