Dr. Sanjay Miglani Sahgal, MD

I believe that this doctor twisted my words. He has shown a bias towards political correctness. He seemed to be pushing Aspergers Disorder. In short I think he short shrifted me in his evaluation he made of me in 2007.

I was amazed by Dr. Sahgal's knowledge and manner. I consulted with him at the request (actually an order) of the judge in my criminal case. The purpose of the evaluation was to answer some questions regarding my mental state at the time of the alleged crime. Dr. Sahgal clearly was a fair, honest, and balanced guy. He was so polite and well-mannered and yet also very easy to talk to. He seemed like an authentic man who is genuinely interested in criminology and behavior. His office is really interesting too. Lots of books and artifacts that are subtle but fascinating if you take a moment to inspect them. He has a good sense of humor and radiates an air of confidence and sincerity. The guy has charisma. I'm female and I can also tell you that this guy is hot. Like an Indian movie star or something. Anyway, that's irrelevant to the fact that he was professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in lending his vast expertise to the Court and my case. I couldn't recommend him more… highly.

I consulted Dr. Sahgal regarding a forensic psychiatric issue pertaining to a criminal case. I was referred to him by my attorney. He was incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to sincerely care about the quality of his work. He's a smart cookie. He was very determined to be accurate and honest in his assessment. I found his insights to be invaluable and recommend him highly. He also has all kinds of cool historical stuff relating to crime and insanity on his shelves, which I checked out while he was on the telephone for a few minutes.
