Dr. Sanjiv Kinkhabwala, MD

Dr K is fantastic. I’ve been seeing him for 7 years and he has helped me to improve my health dramatically. He isn’t warm and fuzzy but he is incredibly smart as an endocrinologist. Do what he says and you’ll be so happy. I have recommended him to others and they agree.

The most horrible, rushed, dismissive and arrogant doctor and experience I’ve EVER HAD!! I work in the medical industry and never have I ever encounter such terrible service. I understand the Bussiness side of the medical field. What about the HUMAN SIDE. Choose wisely and be an advocate for your health and rights!"

Easily the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. Rude, dismissive, and frankly plain wrong about a lot of the things he says. I think he hates his patients and chose medicine so he could talk down to people. Stay far away.

This doctor is condescending and dismissive. His manner is cold and he is not open to collaborating with the patient regarding their care. His staff is rude and inept. My experience with this provider was negative.

Has been a difficult Dr. His arrogance and condescending tones and tardy response to renewing meds have been borderline irresponsible. His lack of empathy is old-world medicine at its worst.

Dr. Kinkhabwala is very good. However, his staff is impossible, inefficient and unresponsive. I called 4 times to request that a form for a bone density scan be faxed over and was assured it was done. It wasn’t. At this point, I am considering changing endocrinologists due to the ineptness of the gatekeepers.

I went to Dr. Kinkhabwala at my wit's end. I told him this was the case listing all of my symptoms (intolerance to cold, weight gain, dry eyes, frozen shoulder, etc) and told him I couldn't deal with them anymore. While in the exam room he begins to telling me in a condescending way that my whole problem is with my weight (after I told him that I'd gained 20lbs in a short time span and that this was not normal for me at all). His answer to my weight gain was "it's all about calories in and calories out." Really, Doctor? Is that professional?? He told me he knew nothing was wrong with me, but he'd do an adrenal test anyway and sent me to get some blood work. Needless to say I did not go back. I went to another doctor how told me that there was something very abnormal about my thyroid and that he has never seen TSH levels fluctuate so much [the way mine have]. Dr. Kinkhabwala's bedside manner is ATROCIOUS. If you actually have a problem that needs diagnosing I don't recommend him. He… doesn't listen to his patients and is more concerned being condescending than actually helping you.

Smart, young and caring. Have been seeing him for 2+ years. He takes time to answer my questions and explains details. Good at returning phone calls and following up.

Unwilling to admit mistakes, rude and impatient with patients.
