Santhini Namagiri, MD

"Santhini Namagiri, M.D., received internal medicine board certification in 2016 and geriatric medicine board
certified in 2017. At Conviva Land O’ Lakes, she leads a team of compassionate, patient-focused primary care
professionals with a commitment to medical excellence.
Dr. Namagiri performed a geriatrics fellowship at NYU Langone, in New York, New York, from July 2016 to June
2017. She completed a residency in internal medicine, Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center in the Bronx, New York,
from July 2013 to June 2016. She earned her medical degree from Rangaraya Medical College in Kakinada,
India, in 2007. From September 2017 to December 2020, she worked as an attending physician at the New
York Jewish home. Dr. Namagiri’s teaching experience includes mentoring graduate students, residents,
and post-doctoral fellows in research, mentoring geriatrics fellows at the New Jewish during their sub-acute
rehab rotation, teaching geriatrics fellows and medical students on their rotation at the …nursing home, and
participating in journal clubs and grand round presentations.
She was honored with an award for the best paper presentation on Diabetes in the Elderly at a Metropolitan
Area Geriatrics Society, MAGS, event in 2017. MAGS is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing
health care for older adults and providing education and resources for geriatric medicine physicians and
allied health professionals."
