This was an email to my attorney. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I just wanted to give you my feedback about my dr’s appointment today. It was a really bad experience, Dr. Figueroa is a very arrogant person and as a Doctor my personal impression was that he is very unprofessional, literally this is what happened: First of all he told me that i was late which is not true, my appointment was scheduled for today at 4pm and I checked in at 3:35pm. Bottom line he was upset because the appointment was very late, unfortunately that was offered to me I didn’t picked the time. When i walked in into his room, first thing He told me that they have called me 17 times, right away I checked my phone and I asked him if they left any voicemail and he replied that he is not the one who makes phone calls, early in the morning they texted me to confirmed my appointment so I asked him why they didn’t texted me or left me a voicemail, he didn’t know what to say; it is not my fault that he wanted to see me a… little bit earlier but i was already at his waiting room on time for my appointment. Then he starting questioned me about why I requested to see him and so my first question was if he got my medical records from your office and he told me no, you know me and right away I told him that I did have my medical records in my IPad and I handed to him and I showed to him and what he did was browsed up and down ( about 20 pages) it didn’t take not even a minute and he handed it back to me and he asked me why are you here ? what is your problem ? I started to explaining what was the problem that I been dealing with since the surgery and I was in a lot of pain , he was looking at me with a sarcastic way in his face like he didn’t believe me and I just stopped taking to him because I didn’t feel comfortable anymore and I told him at that point I couldn’t take anymore his attitude and so I got up and walked away from the office, the visit last only less than 5 minutes, I don’t need situations that makes me feel like a child I am a grown up man and I don’t need this and I am not going to tolerate to anyone to miss tread me like that, In the future I won’t to see any charges from this Dr’s office! That was a wasted of time. At this point I am very disappointed and frustrated because I do know that your intentions was to helped me out with my situation and I thanked you for that but unfortunately didn’t work that way. I am still in pain and as a right now I don’t know what to do.! Please keep me posted with the outcome Thank you for your assistance,

Dr Santiago saved my life! I was under excrutiating pain, and was very afraid of surgery. He sat with me and my family, thoroughly reviewed various options and made us all feel good with the minimal invasive surgery he suggested. Day after lumbar fusion, I am standing. a couple of weeks after, I am flying back home. no more lumbar pain for me! my whole family owes Dr Santiago. thaaaanks for your kind matters and excellence in your service.

La espera es muy larga. La fusion de la cirugia de la cervical fue un desastre, segun doctores que me han visto me han comentado que nunca habian visto una cirugia como la que me hizo el , demasiado intensa debio arreglar solo dos niveles y me hizo cuatro, estoy peor cada dia, los dolores son horribles, En mi segunda visita me parecio un doctor inhumano. sarcastico y muy interesado en el dinero, cuando llame para otra cita post-operatoria no pude comunicarme, al cabo de un mes me entere que se habian ido a la quiebra, en ningun momento trato de comunicarse conmigo para dejarmelo saber. creo que no tiene ninguna etica profesional.

Dr. Figuereo saved my life. I went to him with extreme pain and could barely walk. I had a spinal fusion and the surgery was more than a success. The very next day of the surgery I was out of the bed. He returned to me my youth. God bless his hands and thank you for always being there for your patients with so much love and care.

I went to see Dr. santiago figueredo to his office in Kendall by in my insurance and not variety of neurosurgeons, the day of the appointment I called 3 times to change my appointment time and when you arrive at the clinic they canceled the appointment simply because Dr. was tired, I do not understand that they do not cancearon me the appointment by telephus and waited that I arrived there , then went back another day since I need to see a neurosurgeon, wait more for 2 hours and the Dr. could not read my MRI that do not have the equipment to see this type of study, also lost my CD with the information, I went back a third time and not I attended the Dr. that new CD that is asked to the Centre where he made me the MRI sent it to another centre in Aventuradonde works the Dr. and I Kendall I am taking into account that a week before they called me to confirm the appointment and tell me they already had my CD of results with them. conclusion is the worst personal doctor that I have seen in… all of Miami and Dr. no ago is very famous and much mediocrity. Don't waste your time or money with these incompetent.

I love Dr Santiago, he has magic hands, I fell great after the surgery, and he is very kind and friendly.
