Dr. Santiago David Morales JR., MD

The absolute worst physician i ever seen in my 71 years. Close to four weeks ago I fell and cut my head had to have stitches at the emergency room so it was about 3 o’clock in the morning.. 10 days later, I went to get the stitches out and Dr. Morales insisted that I come to his office to have the stitches out. Well, I went back to the emergency room and had them take the stitches out. That apparently, for whatever reason infuriated him to the point that he fired me as a patient and has since denied my prescription refill telling Walgreens, I was no longer his doctor. Why did he want to take my stitches out so bad?

If you value your sanity pick a different doctor. I have never dealt with a group of people who are more incompetent. The office staff routinely fails to follow up with referrals making it impossible to obtain even basic care. I rarely saw the doctor, usually seeing a PA instead which would have been ok if the PA took the time to explain anything to me. The office is run like a mill and the staff treats the patients as such.

I make an appointment with my Dr. and I get to see his assistant, 2 out of 3 times! I have asked that I see only Dr. Morales because he has been my Doctor for 16 years! So now I am seeking a new Doctor. Sorry I will miss seeing Dr. Morales but if all I get is an assistant, them I guess I'm not seeing him anymore anyways! Mark Harrison

Dr. Morales and his staff are amazing! He has been my family's doctor for over 7 years now and we are so impressed with his knowledge and compassion. Dr. Morales and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you feel better.

Office staff, especially office manager if uncaring and difficult to work with. She out and out lied to the insurance company's agent. When hearing that I was in horrible pain she offered me an appointment 4 weeks from now just to write the referral so that I could go see the type of doctor I needed.

Love this Doctor, wouldn't trade him for the world.

Dr. Santiago Morales, is one of the best family doctors out there. He's up on the newest and latest things out there, will help with any questions or concerns I have, awesome doctor!
