Dr. Sapna Singh

Very rude and minimized my concerns. Will not be back.

Dr. Singh is an excellent pediatrician and has been my daughters pediatrician for 11+ years and my daughter is medically quiet complex. She has saved us several times from landing in the hospital by prescribing her the right antibiotics. She is always very pleasant and takes her time to speak with us. She has also been an amazing pediatrician to my other three healthy children.

I think that the doctor should go back to school and learn more about kids before making a diagnosis. she prescribe medicine that made my kid sick then when I went back to tell her she prescribed a stronger dose which made matter even worse. I had to take the kid to regular family doctor and the first dose got the kid well. Also the staff is horrible and should not be working with public but should be cleaning bathroom or something in the back.

Dr Singh was lovely and approachable. She spent a fair amount of time with us at each visit, and was clear when explaining medical conditions, issues, and procedures. Her front office staff, however, are borderline incompetent. Also, if you need to have the doctor or a nurse return a call, don't bother with them. Call a nurse hotline or go to an urgent care. You will not get a call back from TCPHSL in an appropriate amount of time, if at all. Their entire front desk and phone system is maddening. I have several friends who bring their children to TCPH SL and unfortunately, my experiences are not unique to me. I am considering moving my children's care to another office, but I'm torn because I do like Dr. Singh.

The wait time is over an hour here. And then when you do see the dr, it feels like she is in a rush to get out of there.

Dr. Singh is an excellent doctor and we have had nothing but great experiences with her. She is very receptive to the needs of both the children and the parents, and knows how to comfort both the children and parents. My kids love her! She has even on occasion called me back personally when I have had a concern about my child, and always takes her time to explain things and talk to me. I have never really had to wait too long to see her, but even if there is a small wait it just shows how popular she is and how many people want their kids to be seen by her! She is totally worth the wait!

The wait was ridiculously long and my daughter got sick after spending almost an hour in the waiting room. She did not apologize at all for the wait and barely spent any time with us. She casually said something about my daughter's skin- that she might have eczema- so I end up taking her to a dermatologist and it turns it was nothing. I would never recommend her to anyone- she should not be making random comments about things she knows nothing about.

Dr. Singh is wonderful!! She takes time to explain things, answer any questions you may have, and is great with children! She has two children of her own which I think helps make her a great pediatrician!

Dr. Singh is AWESOME!!! She is wonderful with kids and parents alike. Very personable,very thorough and my kids LOVED her!! She is a great doctor and we are lucky to have her be our doctor. We would handsdown recommend her to all our family and friends.
