Dr. Sara Capatanos

Dr. Sara Capatanos’ aggressive chemo treatment killed my mother faster than the cancer. She also left on vacation during the most vulnerable and excruciating time of the treatment. During the entire process, she was very difficult to get a hold of if we had any questions. I hope you know, if this message ever gets to you, that you killed my mother by frying her insides. Your treatments resulted in the worst death possible without any help or truthful explanation of what chemotherapy does to a human being. You are a murderer and you hide behind Kaiser Permanente as an institution to not take any responsibility for what you have done. You, and the entire “medical team” of palliative care were the most unqualified and inhumane group of “healers” I have ever seen. The palliative care doctor mismanaged her medications and was practically impossible to get a hold of on the phone. Negligent and apathetic. May my mother’s soul rest in peace. If you have cancer, do NOT seek treatment from this… doctor and stay away from Kaiser in general. Oh but she did send me a "sorry for your loss" card. So very thoughtful.

Dr. Capatanos and her staff are outstanding! The care and the compassion they give to everyone should be rewarded.
