Dr. Sara De Long, MD

She was my doctor in the psyche ward in LDS hospital in 2018,she was quite professional, but it took 9 days for her to diagnose me and it wasn't even a correct diagnosis. It has been a real struggle, but I'm glad to now finally have found a care team who know what I need.

I have been going to her for a few years and she's made a very real and positive difference in my life. I highly recommend her.

She is a great elegant clean well dressed doctor who cares and has a very plesent calm voice. She is beautiful inside and out. I feel much better now and I have the wisdom to know how to handel any situation that comes my way. I highly recommend her. Thank You

I think Dr. Delong has good, positive intentions for her clients - however, I went through emotions with my second pregnancy while seeing her, and realized AFTER I started going to someone else that Dr. Delong is very inexperienced and was not able to prescribe the medication that could really help me. I started seeing someone else after her and they were amazed with her lack of response when I was in the hospital calling her for different meds. She never really listened to me and was always downplaying my symptoms. THe only way I know this is that I know see someone who is SO much more knowledgeable and concerned that I am taking proper doses of what I am taking and she is not afraid to try new things. Maybe in 20 years she will get more experience and become more professional in returning calls AND taking patients seriously when they are going through some kind of an emotional change and prescribe the proper meds - even if temporarily to get some relief and sleep. I had none of… that from her.

I'd been prescribed a proper medication for my insomnia. She would not listen to me and gave me something called Doxepin. I took 10mg only once and was sick for 3 days. I've taken Ambien twice a week with no side effects and I sleep like a baby SHE WON'T LISTEN! As if I'm dumb enough to OD on Ambien. I'll be looking for someone else to dispense my meds, thank you!
