Dr. Sara Jane Erickson, MD

I had a 2:15 appointment for a follow up. I was having car trouble so I had to bother someone for a ride. I arrived at the building @ 2:19 but had to wait for someone to perform Covid screening. I arrived at the office window at 2:21. The receptionist was on the phone so I waited. Finally at 2:25 she informed me that my visit had been canceled by the doctor. Apparently, they have a 10 minute window for lateness before they send you home. I argued that I was there well within the time frame and explained how difficult it had been to obtain transportation. Despite this I was sent away. I am a retired RN, MSN from a big teaching hospital in Boston. I have dealt with difficult physicians my entire career but I have never seen such a cold, uncaring, unprofessional, capitalist is this princess. Steer clear. Poor quality docs are a dime a dozen.

First time seeing Dr.Erickson and last. Went for a Physical computers are down so she just couldn’t do much for me? What? Lol She looked like she hated what she does and thoroughly not interested . My physical consist of her listening to my Heart. That’s it . Wanted to discuss my Hormone issues I was experiencing and recommended Anti depressant. I’m not at all depressed! Just an easy way to not have to put much thought on the issue . Asked for a script for VV support stockings for VV. She writes the script with the wrong diagnosis ( Edema) which I absolutely do not have! The Insurance won’t cover . Calls in 4 times the wrong strength of my Levothyroxine thyroid meds! Fourth time I told CVS to call them because they can’t seem to get the script right! Unbelievable! I wouldn’t recommend her or that practice.

Dr. Sara Erickson is a real doctor I felt safe and trusted her. she found the perfect solution for my medical problems and for the first time in years I was getting better. Unfortunately, I had an appointment with her and was shocked when another doctor walked in the room to see me and told me that Dr. Erickson is no longer with the Family care facility in Jacksonville beach

I DID MY HOMEWORK AND READ REVIEWS - COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW SHE COULD BE A PEDIATRICIAN AND INTERNIST SON I CALLEDE A WEEK BEFORE MY APPT TO FIND OUT IF SHE TREATEDALL MY CONDITIONS ANS WAS TOLS "YES" - DONT BELIEVE IT! I DISCUSSED SEVERAL ISSUES AND WHAT I NEEDED FROM HER - SHE KEPT NODDING THE ENTIRE TIME BIUT WHEN I READ THE ISSUES SHE THOUGHT WE DUSCUSSED SHE DID NOT ADDRESS ANY OF THEM ON THE FORM THEY THREW AT ME ON THE WAY OUT. I INDICATED I WANTED TO ASK HER A QUESION BEFORE I LEFT AND WAS TOLD SHE WAS WITH A PATIENT. THE MA ASKED WHAT I NEEDED TO TALK TO HER ABOUT AND I SAID THE REFILLS I ABSOLUTELY NEEDED. THE MA CAME BACK AND THREW THE FORM AT ME INDICATINNG SHE GAVE ME ENOUGH FOR A MONTH. THE DOSAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS WERE WRONG ON 4 OF THEM EVEN THO I HAD BROUGHT THE BOTTLES. I WROTE THE DR AND THE PHARMACY SENT HER A FAX NEITHER OF WHICH SHE RESPONDED TO! WONDER WHAT SHE CLAIMED AGAINST MEDICARE WHICH I WILL ALSO BE WRITING TO. WHAT A SCAM!!

SHE GAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT SHE DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN HER HANDS. I WILL GET A NEW DOCTOR AS SOON AS IM ABLE. I HAVE A FEW CRONIC ISSUES, THAT SHE NEVER EVEN ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT. IVE HAD A FEW WORLD FAMOUS DOCTORS OVER THE YEARS SO I KNOW WHAT GOOD DOCTORS ARE. SHE DOES NOT EVEN ACT LIKE SHE CARES. I DONT NEED MY DOC TO HOLD MY HAND BUT SHE COULD AT LEAST PRETEND TO CARE
