It's been awhile , but they had an old med.assistant with no training that was strange. Dr. FROST was very distant and did not give professional responses to questions.

The visit itself was fine. My problem is with the follow-up. I asked a question on the portal about general test results, then a very abnormal, concerning result showed up on the portal, so I called. The nurse who called back was very defensive from the start and started the conversation as if she was angry that I had both asked a question on the portal and called - like I was harassing them and should have been more patient (this was 3-4 days after the appointment). Then she told me that the abnormal result was fine. I expressed concern, because I came in for symptoms that suggested a condition, and then found out that 97% of people with my abnormal test result had this condition. I suggested that we do another test for the condition. She fought it pretty hard, almost going to the point where she was threatening that my insurance wouldn't cover it unless they recommended it. The whole interaction was odd and disturbing after trying to emotionally cope with the abnormal test results.… I'm ashamed to say that I was on the verge of tears for several days. I would not recommend this practice to anyone and will not be returning. It baffles me to know that there are people in the medical industry that are so annoyed with people just trying to get help for themselves.

Dr. Frost was my OB throughout my first pregnancy and she was lovely. I am now under her care for my second pregnancy and am still happy with her. She is incredibly laid back. No question ever gets her frazzled and she takes her time to listen to any of my concerns, no matter how big or small. Another thing I really like about her is that she is very responsive through the patient portal. Anytime I've sent a message that way, I quickly get a call back from an RN, &/or Dr. Frost responds.

First time meeting dr frost she was so cold. She just stared at her computer typing while talking to me about an upcoming surgery. She didn't try to get to know me , or give me full expectations on surgery. Very non-personable and all business. She never returned my calls,.. I called 4 times with questions about surgery and she didn't call me back. I had to keep calling ! 2 days before my surgery, it was canceled " due to an emergency on her side". I looked at it is a blessing. Would Not recommend !

I was prescribed Zofran and my baby was born with bilateral cleft lip and cleft palate. After my delivery that she wasn't even there for she came in next day and said these things happen. Her nursing staff some not all are rude and her receptionist are terrible. After I seen the warnings online regarding Zofran I called the office and said I will no longer be taking Zofran because of the risks. Her receptionist told me I was ridiculous. I then delivered a child with cleft. So who's ridiculous now!!! It's a U of M office but I do not recommend this office.

I LOVE HER!! She's an amazing/caring doctor...I had two c-sections and she's 100% professional, I couldn't ask for a better doctor!!!

Horrible Bedside Manner. Not my "normal" OB - but was scheduled with her due to "over booking". Would not recommend - was made to feel like I was imposing on her time.

I had a good experience with Dr. Frost. She provided efficient and competent care that I felt confident in. When my husband was unable to attend the first ultrasound (of our first child) at her suggestion we called his cell phone so he could hear the heartbeat. At one point I had an issue during the pregnancy and didnâ??t have any office visits coming up. I took a chance and e-mailed Dr. Frost (we work within the same system) and her reply was thorough and gracious. And when she happened to be attending at my daughterâ??s birth she allowed me to make decisions regarding my care when labor seemed to stall. I will use Dr. Frost again without hesitation.

Dr. Frost was nice enough during my pregnancy, but did not follow up with me after I delivered early with another doctor on call. I had complications, and she did not follow up with me. When I went for my postnatal visits, she implied that it would get better with time. I've decided to see someone else.

She delivered my child: showed up at the last five minutes, insisted that I birth flat on my back with the nurses holding my legs, and left immediately afterwards. The rapid exit I can understand (it may have been a busy night.) But insisting that the bed be flat (during an uncomplicated and unmedicated labor) is retrograde and against the available evidence. I had previously asked that I not be held down, given past trauma, but apparently the good doctor was too busy to pay attention. It was like giving birth with a veterinarian.
