I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time to a busy waiting room. That usually indicates a long wait time in most doctor's offices but not here. I was called right on time. The tech who assisted me was friendly as she walked me back and took my vitals. She performed the ekg quickly and removed the sensors without tugging the adhesive pads... No pinch no ouch... Good job! Dr. Karam came in a few minutes later after reviewing my ekg results. She is a professional, friendly and personable doctor. She discussed my results and went through my history. Dr. Karam took the time to ask about my care with other providers and anything that overlaps my heart health. I was out in 20 minutes and never felt rushed or short changed. I truly appreciate Dr.Karam and her patient focused "bedside manner" approach.

There was a negligible wait before the nurse took me to an exam room. Dr. Karam is patient and thorough. She is very personable and addresses any concern.

Takes her time with the patient to understand what is going on and asks clarifying questions. Always looking for the best options. Very approachable and friendly.

My entire experience-from the front desk through exam, ekg, etc., my interaction with Dr. Karam and finally, checkout-was uniformly excellent. Support staff is friendly, and efficient. I have been seeing Dr. Karam for a few years for routine checkups. She is very thorough in her examination. She also talks and listens to any issues you have and really gets to know you and takes into account that whats going on in your personal life may be adding to whats going on on your health. Although the office is often busy , there is not much of a wait but at the same time your not being rushed out of the office. Appointments are easy to make with out being scheduled in the future. Refills are easy to call in but she calls in refills at the appointments. Staff are friendly and facilities are clean. Parking can be a little difficult at both locations.i prefer Brick.

Dr. Sarah Karam is a truly delightful person to meet. She is accurate, caring and I trust her with my health needs 110%.

Dr. Sara Karam has been our cardiologist for over 10 years. She is very thorough, patient with questions, and remarkably remembers details regarding our personal care. I highly recommend her to anyone asking for a good cardiologist. Her staff is very accommodating & professional, as well. Top Doc, in my opinion!
