The staff here is literally just ridiculous. They tell you they will call by a certain time with test results, let's just say for example- noon. 12pm comes around. No phone call. 2pm. No phone call. 4:30pm. No phone call. 5:00pm- You as the patient call them, because they are closing soon, and you leave a message with no response. The next day, same procedure occurs. 3-4 days later, a phone call comes in and you are given your test results. The test results are not good, however the staff has no quams with having little to no emotion towards the issue, and they also cannot answer any questions you have about it, but you need to come in for a follow up in a few days and then the phone call is ended. You begin to panic. A few hours later, another phone call comes in. Says the last phone call was not the correct diagnosis and that everything is fine. This scenario has played out FOUR TIMES in the last MONTH. They are also not able to answer any questions I have or able to have a doctor or… someone knowledgeable call back in a reasonable amount of time with any kind of response or answer- which in my mind is 2-3 days? I am switching doctors/ practices as soon as possible.
