Very rude staff!!!! Nurse is super rude. They need to read these comments and see that they are going under.

In her very early years of practice, she was the one that reevaluated my previous symptoms and diagnosis from other physicians, which help to eliminate many unecessary drugs I had been prescribe for me, and set me on a definite road of better health. I am forever grateful. Will be relocating soon, and sincerely hope she will once again be my PCP.

Dr. Sara took the time to answer each of my questions in detail and promptly followed up with me after my appointment regarding my lab work and medications. She addressed all of my concerns and made me feel like a human being and not a collection of ailments or diagnoses. She is very knowledgable and you won't find someone more compassionate.

I find the care I receive from Dr. Sarah to be excellent. Her bedside manner is the best. She is really concerned about her patients. She is extremely conscious of her patient's wait time and the cost of medications and procedures which is very much appreciated these days. She never hesitates to refer when needed and never makes you feel uncomfortable about requesting a second opinion. She is very easy to talk with and relate to. Her staff is always kind and willing to help in whatever way they can. I appreciate her as a physician and a friend and don't know what I would do without her.

The doctors are great, but in order to see them you have to deal with a bunch of crap from the staff. Myself, my spouse, mother, father, sister and her family (3 people), and my brother and his family (5) people, have all changed doctors strictly because of the rudeness of the receptionist. Each of us politely tried to tell the DR the staff was past awful but it didn't help. So, we had to step back and wonder just how much the DR really cared about the patient when your back was turned. Three of us had been told to call if the problem we were having did not improve. (This was over a period of time, we were not all having issues at the same time.) I personally ended up with a ruptured appendics two days before Christmas. Keep in mind I had been calling daily for two weeks prior to that. So, take our opinion for what it is worth. Great doctors, but the staff can cause you to end up 6 foot under. To bad they don't have a website that patients could just spell it out and tell them both… that thier staff is making them look bad.

the dr is great. receptionist not so friendly or helpful in giving an appointment that fit my needs. but if you can put up with her, dr. sara is worth it all!
