I am a healthcare administrator and teach various healthcare graduate courses. I moved to Florida and was fed up with the healthcare system there and brought my autistic son (dx: Crohn's) to Dr. Ripple after a year of misdiagnosis and multiple procedures. My husband is black and I am white. Dr. Ripple is wonderful and never displayed any unprofessionalism or racism. She calls us frequently and responds promptly to portal messages. I am so thankful for her and make the 5 hour drive to see her every 2 week because she is THAT GOOD! All these other comments do not fully reflect the type of experience I've had and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her after 20 years of my own healthcare experience.

I waited one hour and 15 minutes to see her with my autistic son and my other toddler. I was on time for my sons appt. when she finally did come on the room she argued with everything I said ABOUT MY CHILD. Acted as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. She didn’t do an exam on him. You could tell we were just another patient to her. Just giving textbook answers. We will never go back.
