She acted like I didn't know anything, completely ignored all of my wishes (such as being informed of my plan of care) and broke my water without asking my permission or even notifying me that she was about to do that!

Although I have had to wait occasionally Dr. Schugars is exceptional.

Dr Schugars has been my dr for the last 4yrs,she is excellent.I trust her in all aspects of my care.

I would recommend not using Sara Schugars if you have ever been tight on money. After making thousands of dollars from treating me she stopped seeing me because there was $90 not paid but discharged in a bankruptcy. The worst part was they never let me know until I was having serious medical issues I needed to see her for. After agreeing to wait (in pain) for over two week for the date of my appointment with her to arrive I get a call saying never mind you have been waiting, never mind you do not have another doctor she wont see people who have filed a bankruptcy. This to me says she not only has horrible office policys (not notifying patients when she drops them) but she is a greedy person who does not truly care about people she treats.
