Sara is leaving the practice much to my dismay. I would say that this is my only complaint - having had to get used to and then have 3 providers leave this practice and have to start over again. Sara's leaving is harder because she gets me and works with my personality to come to healthy outcomes in any issues I have. It's hard to find someone that you trust and who listens to your health concerns and has a solution to them. I wish Sara well in her next chapter and am thankful for her care of me and my health issues.

Sara Stryker has been my eart angel here. She listens, she cares she sees me. Her care is rare in all honesty and sh e has made a huge impact in my life and helping me through some serious conditions. She will be missed beyond measure and it is my hope to find her again if she returns. She an asset to our community and to Providence.
