Dr. Sara Velazquez Kertz

Dr Sara recently gave an interview to Fox News condeming a documentary on corruption in the CDC and manipulation of scientific data on an MMR vaccine study without even seeing the movie. That would give me great pause before taking my children to her for any type of vaccine. If she actually read the vaccine inserts, she would know there are some severe risks associated with all vaccines. If she kept informed within the medical community, she would know there is a CDC whistleblower waiting to appear before congress to discuss the CDC deception played out on doctors and the public. Its a sad day when doctors are just too busy and tired to keep an open mind and refuse to investigate valid scientific concerns for the sake of their clients.. Just believe what you are told by the inexperienced drug reps that bombard your office instead of looking at independent science yourself.

Dr. Sara Kertz is excellent. We've been in many times for strep and she knows before they even swab...she smells it. She has excellent bedside manner and "gets it" because she is also a mom to small children. We've also been in for behavior issues and she asks very good questions and makes great suggestions (reading materials, etc). The wait times can be a little long but the care is excellent.

She is so much more perceptive than other doctors. My son had a hole in his heart from birth. He saw his prev ped nearly every two weeks since birth since he was off the chart on weight. The prev ped never diognosed the problem. When he was 7 mos old, we brought him in for an impromptu weight check with our old ped unaware he was on holiday. Dr. Sara was covering. Because our son was so underweight, Dr. Sara insisted on seeing our son personally even though we did not have an appointment and just wanted to check the weight. Within 30 seconds, she listened to his heart and diognosed the hole. She arranged for him to be seen at St. Joseph's Hospital that Friday night (new years eve) and a surgeon came in the following monday and plugged the hole. He starting putting on weight after that and is doing just great now. She is awesome!
