Dr. Sara Ann Wells, MD

Dr Wells is a truly excellent diagnostician. She discovered the cause of problems which eluded several other MDs, even though I was new to her practice, but NOT to the other MDs I was seeing. She was recommended by an RN friend of mine and I give thanks to my friend every chance I get!!

My husband and I came in for a required exam, the energy was cozy. The consideration was of high standards. Definitely will continue business with this office.

My mom is bedridden. After being on hospice for a year, we needed a doctors examination for Medicare for her medical supplies. We went mid October. For the last two months myself, my mother and the medical supply place tri ed to get information out of them. The medical supply place finally had someone physically go to the office only to find out they didn't think she qualified. Not once in the two months did they tell us this so we could get a second opinion. Unprofessional and rude

The actual visit itself was fine but afterward, getting a hold of the office for another appointment and getting medication filled is ridiculous. They don't ever answer their phone or respond to voicemail. Ever. Very unprofessional.

Sara Wells is the best doctor I have had in years. She takes the time to talk to me and is both friendly and professional. The primary care physicians I've had in the past always seemed in a rush to get on to the next patient, so I often wondered if they were thorough enough. I am so happy to have found a doctor that suits me so well.

First I took my mom in because something was wrong. She didn't even look at her and she died a month later. She is also my doctor. I went in for a breathing problem and she never even looked at me or listened to my lungs, just put me on oxygen. I also had a blood test and no one even called to tell me what was going on. I will never go back. She doesn't care about anything but the money.

Sara found a breast tumour that mammograms and ultrasounds did not. It was malignant and the breast removed. Doing a followup mammogram in six months may have caused my wife favorable outcome to be a tragedy.Don't talk her down around me!

So glad my friend recommended this Dr. I have had three different doctors in two years and I know I will not be needing another one. I will be staying with Dr. Wells. Very good doctor.

I will be changing physicians. She is horrible at keeping appointments. No one is ever in her office when I do go. Maybe she would be a good doctor if she actually worked? I have had two consecutive appointments cancelled on me. Once I went into the office and they told me it was cancelled we tried to call you. I had no missed calls on my phone. This time my appointment was canceled so that she could go on vacation last minute. I'm fed up.

Dr. Wells is my wife's TRICARE Primary Care Manger (PCM) and personal physician, with whom my wife and I are very much pleased from every aspect EXCEPT staff/office support from TRICARE insurance standpoint, which has been less than "smooth and easy" over several years. HOWEVER, Dr. Wells has made direct efforts to improve the TRICARE PCM part of her practice AND IT SHOWS.Much better in last year.
