First they tell you your appt will be X amount and then its twice as much. I had blood work and a pap smear and when I was never contacted with the results I called them and was told I had to make an appt to find out. The pap should get you a prescipt for 12 months but after 3 months refused to refill without ANOTHER office call (same meds, same dose). I am a cancer survivor (uninsurable), not on medicade or medicare so all costs are on me. Dr C. will never call you back even though the staff says they will have her call. Staff is rude and uncaring. Wish I had never gone here. My last doctor was the best in our town and he gave out prescipt for 12 months and called you himself if there was a problem and didn't drag you into his office just to make money off you.

She has too many patients to focus on any single one. Maybe she would be ok if you need a prescription for a cold but for on-going health concerns, I'd say find someone who cares.
