We love Dr.Dudah. The office failed to fax a very necessary document in 2018 for insurance discounts through an employer and it cost us hundreds of dollars. This year(2019) my husband hurt his back and needed to be on short term disability which requires Documentation from the physician. My husband was off work for three weeks and when the first payroll came around that he should’ve had a paycheck we were told by his employer that they’ve not received anything from the doctors office Even though he had been to her office three times during the three week span and been told it was being faxed. My husband called the doctors office where the woman on the phone told him that they did not note where they had faxed anything and that they were sorry. I asked them to give us a confirmation call that same day verifying that they did in fact send the information in hopes that we could still get a check. What we got back was a nasty call from the nurse stating that she had faxed it multiple… times and then we could just drive up there and take the paperwork where it needed to go ourselves. Oh and we needed to get there before they closed in 30 minutes. Why would you fax something multiple times and less you were getting an error message? And if you were getting an error message wouldn’t you think to call and verify the fax number? It doesn’t make sense that the lady on the phone the first time said they would’ve document today if they faxed it but then the nurse said she faxed it multiple times what we got back was a nasty call from the nurse stating that she had faxed it multiple times and then we could just drive up there and take the paperwork where it needed to go ourselves. And if you were getting an error message wouldn’t you think to call and verify the fax number? Very disappointed in their handling of this ??

Dr. Sarah Duda is absolutely incredible. She has a consistent polite, kind disposition. She listens closely, then quickly and accurately provides solutions. I have spent over 20 years trying to find help with my difficult to explain symptoms. Over 30 dr.s have failed. Dr. Duda has solved every concern. It takes her 10 minutes or less to provide her magic.
