The video visits are terrific; it saves travel time and is great for the environment. I think it's fantastic I got an email saying the provider was running late because then I knew it wasn't me or my equipment that was causing the delay.

None, Sarah is the best. She listens very well and takes into consideration the entire patient's health history. In addition, she is a warm and very caring provider, a trait we don't see much anymore in the newer providers.
