Finding Sarah John was divine intervention. I FINALLY found a PCP that loves the medicine, loves critical thinking, and wants to take on the responsibility of being the center coordinator for all your health needs. This is a provider who is not burned out and not mindlessly going through the motions. She truly cares and not a single appointment has been rushed despite the fact that I have multiple medical problems. When I leave the room, I feel grateful. I feel heard and understood. I feel seen as a human being and she has the ability to empathize and make you feel safe. Ms Felicia is always at the checkout counter smiling and making sure all future appointments and referrals are correct. I leave that office feeling joy and not frustration or confusion. She ensures both of you have a clear understanding of what is going on and what the plan is moving forward and her progress notes also reflect that. She also makes herself available when there is a crisis or situation.
