Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:I always loved being with people and decided in college to take a class in Social Work. I quickly fell in love with the principles and the work that it allowed me to do. Healthcare has given me the opportunity to walk with families through exciting and difficult moments. It is a privilege to have a role in someone's life in this way. What I want my patients to know about me:I want to provide you with support and guidance, but remember that you are always the expert on you and (if applicable) your child. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to walk with you through this journey!What I do when I'm not seeing patients:Spending time with my husband, Jeremy, and sons Augustus (aka Gus) and Caleb. Just about anything is a lot of fun with them, but being outside and seeing the boys learn new things is the highlight. We also enjoy traveling and I love playing soccer.
