Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Obican at TGH. She is warm, professional, and made all the difference in my care due to her extensive knowledge in women's health. We had a very high-risk pregnancy and had many more appointments than usual, and I can affirmatively state, through many first-hand interactions, that Dr. Obican was an integral part of the successful delivery of our child. She is extremely competent, professional and genuinely cared about us and our baby, and went out of her way to explain things to us before and after each medical procedure. This is not the norm, nowadays. From the start of the journey to the day of delivery, we both felt more assured that this doctor was part of our medical team. She even came by the NICU to check on us and our baby! Unbelievable. Thank you, Dr. Obican! You are an amazing physician.

It's genuinely hard to put into words what it is like to be in Dr. Obican's care. I had an incredibly difficult identical twin pregnancy (mo/di) when I met Dr. Obican on referral from another set of high-risk doctors. From the moment I met her, she never allowed me to give up hope. She treated our case with an incredible sense of compassion, as well as relying on her experience, skill and wealth of knowledge for this type of pregnancy. When we lost my son, Jonah, she consoled my husband and I, and yet charted a path forward that ultimately lead to the birth of our son, Jackson. I could not have asked for a better team to help us navigate both loss and birth, and the complicated range of emotions and questions that surrounded that experience. Doctors like Dr. Obican and her team are rare, and their quality of care is undeniable!.

Dr. Obican is amazing! I had a high risk pregnancy that was very scary. It was something that is really not that common and required lots of visits from 24 weeks and very stressful and I’m so thankful to have been in her care. She is very nice and answers whatever questions you have, and she knew all the right decisions to make. I now have my miracle baby, and it’s all due to her and her amazing team. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking into her, or needs an amazing dr!

She did everything she can for me and my son. I meet her and I felt I was with the best hands. Also, her team is amazing, always giving support to the patients. During the surgery she was giving me feedback, saying what was happening and what expect for the next step. She is AMAZING

As soon as we met Dr. Obican we knew we were in the best of hands. She is compassionate, listens, highly skilled, devoted and cares about you. We never felt rushed or confused when speaking with her. She is so easy to talk to and express your concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Obican. We’re forever grateful to have had her as our doctor. She saved our miracle.

Dr. Obican helped me through a very difficult pregnancy. She was extremely thorough, researched and hard working, while also maintaining the most incredible bedside manner. This is a hard combination to come by in my experience. I can't imagine having gone through my high risk pregnancy without her.

Dr. Obican is truly an angel!! She is a fabulous doctor and I highly recommend if you get the chance to see her do it! She has been nothing but kind and compassionate and always spent the time to listen to all of my concerns about my pregnancy. I delivered our baby via C-Section and it has been my easiest recovery out of all of my C-sections and I know it because of her.

Dr Obican is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever met. Her bedside manner is unlike that I have seen (and I am in the medical field). I previously had two healthy pregnancies, so when, on my third pregnancy, things seemed to be going abnormally at our 20 week ultrasound I was caught quite off guard to say the least. I thank God Dr Obican was in clinic that day and even though it was the first time I ever met her and despite her having to give us some devastating news, I will never forget the love and support I felt from her as a woman, a friend and a doctor. Not only is she supportive and caring, she is also an expert in her field. Day one of meeting her I never once questioned her medical expertise. Being that we had to undergo additional testing and procedures, I saw three other physicians who all verified that Dr Obican was exactly correct in her medical diagnosis. She supported me through the whole process and was patient with each and every question I… asked, and she was also very compassionate and supportive of my husband as well. In such a dark time and experience in our lives, she was a light and I will forever be grateful for her and her care.

Extremely disappointed in this doctor’s bedside manner....when she failed to communicate with me during the procedure and I alerted her attention to sharing some feedback with me....her tone was raised and she let me know that “it is not like you are a thin woman”....there is a way to communicate and she certainly could use some positive peer to peer mentoring.
