My husband and I set up a meet and greet with Dr. O'Loughlin as we're having out first child and wanted to ask some questions as we're in the interview process for a few pediatrians. As soon as she entered the room she was cold and acted as if we were wasting her time. I asked her questions about hours as we wanted to be sure we could reach someone if we had questions at odd hours and she laughed off not just that question but also my question about how they go about vaccinating. She made us feel like our questions were completely stupid and therefore we got up and walked out in the middle of talking to her because of her complete lack of compassion and just social etiquette. This is an exciting time for my husband and I and we just wanted to be sure we clicked with our pediatrician so this caught us completely off guard and I would NEVER recommend her. She was absolutely awful!
