Dr. Sarah Papalia, MD

Dr. Papalia and her staff worked with me and prior medical care providers to quickly pursue medical records, provide referrals for tests and medical equipment, and schedule follow-up visits as needed. The doctor and her staff take responsibility for ensuring that appropriate care is provided, answer questions patiently and thoroughly, and encourage communication. I've never had to wait very long, but the waiting room is pleasant, quiet, clean, and in good condition. My insurance is not favored by most physicians, and it can be difficult to get a good doctor as a result. Dr. Papalia doesn't seem to discriminate based on what kind of insurance you have, and I have confidence that she will continue to provide excellent care. I will provide additional reviews throughout the process of establishing care with Dr. Papalia.

I have completed one new patient visit with Dr. Papalia and am impressed. She's calm, professional, organized, thoughtful, and thorough. I have not yet been diagnosed, treated, or advised by this doctor, however, I feel that she made excellent use of our time, addressed my primary concerns, and took the appropriate measures to begin gathering information to help me best address my health symptoms. I would also like to say that the facility was clean, quiet, well staffed, and comfortable. The two staff members I interacted with, Flor and Katie, were professional and pleasant. I have no complaints about the facility or personnel at Community Health Systems. I will update my review as I progress through my medical evaluation and treatment under the care of Dr. Papalia.
