Sr.Sarah Rained is very UNCARING and RUDE. SHE MADE ME LEAVE the office WITHOUT doing my exam.I waited 3 months to see her just for her to get mad that I couldn't remember the date of my last depo shot..She told me I needed to go somewhere else if I could not answer her.I did answer MULTIPLE times. I answered her and her assistant. I would NOT recommend her Sarah Raines wrote FALSE Information in mychart. I would rather see anyone else besides Sarah Raines.

HORRIBLE DOCTOR. Made me leave without doing my exam. After I answered her questions, she told me I had to answer her.I did answer her questions.Just because I couldn't remember the date of my last shot, she told me that I had to leave without being seen.

I felt rushed and like things were explained slowly and in a language I could understand. It was doctor speak. I am educated and pretty informed but I don't understand all the medical terms.

We liked how we knew she was running behind but still took time to be in the moment with us!

Dr Raines is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever seen. She is very short with you, is very condescending in her tone, and acts like she has more important things to do than take care of you. I definitely won't be referring any of my friends to her and won't be seeing her again.
