Love Dr Renfert. She is able to listen and respond with care and compassion Hope to keep her as my primary Doctor for many years to come.

Dr. Sarah Renfert is the most compassionate doctor I have ever been to. She doesn't hurry you out of the office and takes time with you and listens to you. I am always recommending her to my friends. She gets a five star rating from me.

Dr. Renfert is awesome!

I called Dr. Renfret this morning and unfortuinayely her telephone has been disconnected so I drove to her office only to find a closed sign on the door. She has been my primary care doctor for several years and has done an excellent job helping me. I find this very troublesome for me but it also makes me very concerned for her. I had found out that her assistant had a very bad vision problem that had been emparing the quality of her work. I sincerely hope she is doing well and that there's a very credible reason for this.

I have not been sick so I can't comment on her diagnosis but she always has time to listen.

Starting from the moment you walk in, Dr. Renfert's receptionist/nurse is brusque and unfriendly. Once in the exam room I am often kept waiting in excess of fifteen minutes even where there are no other patients. Dr. Renfert herself is hard-headed and a poor listener. She's not a terrible doctor, she always prescribes me helpful medication and her diagnoses appear to be accurate, but she's unfriendly, never follows up with test results, and can't be bothered to read your chart. If I come in for a follow-up visit, I basically have to explain to her everything that occurred with the previous visit. This is not strictly her fault, but their voice mail doesn't work, so you have to keep calling and keep calling if you need an appointment. I cannot wait to switch to a different doctor.

The receptionist can be very rude and is not good about returning phone calls. I feel sorry for Dr. Renfert because she is good at what she does...but yet her receptionist is the one who makes the first impression when patients call...

Very profession and easy to talk to, the only disappointment is someone else on her staff, not to professional or friendly maybe she was just having a day. Also as another person commented I never got lab results, wondered if they even sent to lab. Other than that I would recommend her highly

Wasn't sure what to expect...she is very very thorough and has a great personality. I left there thinking to myself...I'm really glad I found her. She spent about 45 minutes with me...gave me a lot of information for my condition. Since my wife and I's primary care Dr. went back into teaching we have been without one, so I was looking for a Dr. my wife could go to as well. Since my wife will only go to a female Dr. I had to choose one that was, well, female. We wanted a Dr. that could get to know both of us. I think Dr. Renfert will work just fine. She listens well and has lots of good tips. Glad I found her.

Dr. Renfert is more thorough than any other primary doc I have ever met. She is also very easy to talk to and has a great bedside manor. I would highly recommend to anyone.
