Dr. Sarah Mccullough Luthey Shepherd, DO

Sarah is truly the best! I could go on and on how wonderful she is. She’s so thorough, kind, loving and has the best game plans, she sticks to them and when you achieve one you move to the next. There’s no one else I would ever have care for me or my babies!

I just had the best care with Dr. Shepherd. She is such an amazing caregiver. She was never in a rush and always spent a lot of time with me to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. She had the best plan from the beginning on how to care for me and make sure things went smoothly when we had our beautiful baby boy. I have High blood pressure when I’m pregnant and she made sure i was safe the whole pregnancy and after! I feel so lucky I was able to get into Dr. Shepherd and be cared for by her this pregnancy !

I became a patient with Dr. Shepherd about 3 1/2 years ago. Dr. Shepherd walked through my first pregnancy, which ended in miscarriage, and was incredibly patient and kind with my husband and me. She even called to speak with me about next steps and how I was doing emotionally. Dr. Shepherd delivered our daughter last year and was phenomenal. She is easy to talk to and does an excellent job explaining things. She was a wonderful help during labor and delivery and is a very skilled physician- she made me feel as comfortable as she could during the entire process. I also cannot rave enough about her nurse, Meagan. Meagan is very prompt with returning phone calls and was always quick to reiterate that I should call with any questions or concerns that I had. I have referred several friends to Dr. Shepherd and they all have had the same positive experiences. This entire practice is awesome- I have seen a couple of the other doctors when Dr. Shepherd was out of the office due to an… emergency and they were fabulous, as well.
