-0 Stars all the way!!!! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone! The way the doctor and the staff talks to patients are extremely disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, degrading, and more. My appointment was booked at 5:30 p.m virtually an unexpected situation occurred and I had to reschedule. I called nobody answered so I left a voicemail. I wasn’t given any other form to communicate besides the main office number. When I received a text I responded and let them know of my situation. Upon calling back, from the time Dr. Kathryn answered the phone till I hung up she was extremely hostile, didn’t let me explain my situation, and when I asked her politely to not talk to me the way she was and started to explain I don’t like being yelled at her response was “ oh sweetie we all have been through things, every one of my mother’s husbands was abusive” I didn’t appreciate the way I was talked to nor treated at all and what makes it worse is that this is a psychological clinic… who deals with all sorts of mental patients and therapy patients. I refused the service and went elsewhere (Dr.Norman who is wonderful, and highly recommended) and reported this establishment. NOBODY deserves to be treated or talked to the way I had.
