Dr. Sarah Thomas, MD

My friends and family all love Dr. Thomas. She’s is so very kind, takes her time explaining, and she can give you a injection in your knee and you never know she even started. I am trying to locate her now, as she has left the office I seen her at last.

I've been to many specialists for two years seeking answers to some chronic health issues. I wish I'd seen Dr. Thomas first. Both she and her nurse were attentive, listened and asked questions. She made me feel like I was taken seriously, which is harder to find than you'd imagine. When I left my first appointment, I felt like we were making real progress towards a diagnosis and that she would help me feel better in the meantime. I've already recommended her to several friends

Dr. Thomas is kind and extremely friendly but the office staff at Community has been a nightmare for me. It took them over 3 weeks to schedule one test, then another 3 weeks to schedule a follow up test; they would get one scheduled and then not submit insurance precertifications. I left over 7 messages that have never been returned. This experience with the practice at Community East has been horrible. I would not recommend.

I suffer with severe Osteoarthritis of multiple joints. The last 2-3 years have been miserable for me just trying to accomplish daily tasks as well as functioning as a registered nurse doing 12 hours shifts. Then I met Dr. Thomas! She is definitely my Caring Angel. :-) Her plan of care, compassion, professionalism and thoughtfulness regarding her patients is phenomenal. I feel that she genuinely cares about my condition and wants to see me as pain free as possible. Her staff is courteous. Pleasant smiles and greetings ALWAYS. Thank you!

Dr. Thomas really took charge with my medical situation and I was very appreciative for her interest in me. She has done what my primary care doctor should have done. Thank you.

Seems newer and unsure. Doesn't explain anything. Does seem thorough with testing. Moves around a lot. Hard to track down what office she is out of.
