We recently have had very poor experiences here. If you are looking for a large pediatric practice, where you can get in when you are sick and have no affiliation with a doctor, this is the place for you. If you want to build a history with your doc and you want the practice to know who your kids are or at least have the docs pretend to know who your kids are, this is not the place for you. They do not care enough about their patients to even look at the chart before they come in to see you. We just went for a well check and the doc had no idea who my kids were, there previous history, what meds they are taking or anything. Honestly, it was super embarrassing. I was like, why am I here. Both the nurse and the doctor got my kids medications wrong...is that even allowed. A simple example, the doctor said we recommend a vaccine for your son but it is not one of the mandatory vaccines. I said "ok, why do you recommend it for him" Her answer was "all of my partners do it for their kids so… I recommend it for yours". I was shocked! No, here is why the board recommends it, here are benefits and value, here is what it protects him from. There was no concept of treating the individual here, it was we treat the masses, we get them in and we get them out. Doctor said, "do some research on your own and make a nurses appointment if you want the vaccine." Trust me, you can definitely find a better pediatric practice for your kids.
