Dr. Sarah Anne Wilkinson, MD

This doctor is rude, has zero bedside manners, she is not ethical at all. I end up with labor complications and birth trauma. Please stay away from this doctor, do your research and believe all the reviews that express a negative experience with this doctor. Stay safe.

I just read some recent reviews and wanted to add my own story.  I highly don't recommend Wilkinson. She is very rude, bad bedside manners, and I felt she used racist language to me and did the bare minimum, enough to cover her legal requirements.  I tried going to multiple lawyers for the medical negligence she caused during birth that lead to massive internal injuries for me.  But unfortunately I suspect that she did not include everything in the medical records and protected herself.  Highly recommend to stay far away from her.

Saw her for about 2 years total, maybe 3 or 4 visits. The 2nd to last time I came in as she is making small talk she asks what I do for a living. I tell her what I do, and she asks me if there is a career path there. I was shocked at how belittling a question that was. It was clear that she thought my career wasn't a career at all. The next time I come in to get my IUD removed. She asks what I'm going to do instead and I tell her I plan to do natural tracking. Did some studying. Got the thermometer, app, and I finally felt ready to give it a whirl. She goes over the usual concerns. Use condoms until you get the hang of it etc etc but then she starts asking if I want to try to copper IUD. The one she told me NOT to do on our second visit. I reminded her if the various reasons why she told me not to do that. Then she tells me that I should take prenatals, despite having no intention of getting pregnant any time in the foreseeable future. She came across as someone desperate to make some… money via rx.

I'm terrified of going to the doctors and get very uncomfortable to have a pap smear, Dr. Wilkinson and her nurse-Wilomina, were so delightful, and soothing. They made me feel so calm, understood, and were very gentle. It was the best experience I could ask for, for an unpleasant exam. Her nurse is amazing, she held my hand and talked to me the entire time to ensure that I was comfortable. I'm sad I moved or I would continue seeing the dynamic duo.

I absolutely love Dr. Wilkinson and her nurse Wilhelmina. She delivered my first baby via c-section. I’ve never had any kind of previous surgery and was terrified. Once Dr. Wilkinson arrived, she calmed all my nerves and seamlessly delivered my son. I love going to that office, as they are always so sweet and attentive. Going to the gyno isn’t always the most comfortable experience, but she is incredibly knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner.

Asked her the pros and cons of induction but instead of simply delineating them for me, she exhibited poor bedside manner and was rude to me as a patient. Found this very odd.
