Very disappointed with the way i was treated by her and her staff. i went to the ER, was Dx with appendicitis. Dr "admitted me to the hospital and scheduled my surgery for the next morning. My surgery has pushed back hours, i was finally operated at 6 PM. They kept me over that night and released me in the morning. When I received my EOB from the insurance company it showed I owed $2,500 to the hospital because the Dr. coded my stay as out patience observation. Dr's office refused to do anything to help correct the way the stay and surgery were coded. They coded my surgery as out patient. Since i was "an out patient" my insurance wont cover the overnight stays. It's very unfair when you are at the mercy of others to correctly complete paperwork.
