Dr. Sarah Moid Zaidi, MD

I will not recommend Dr. Sara Zaidi. Her office staff is disorganized , don't have communications among themselves. Sara Zaidi does not care about the patient and if you have any grievances against her staff she gets very offensive and get personal. It happened same to me and instead of taking action she bluntly told me to find another doctor and made very disturbing and racist remarks that get yourself some white American doctor who will straighten you out.

The schedule on the WEB SITE and the schedule over the phone clearly states business hours are from 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday but every single time I call to schedule an appointment I can never get through all I get is the voicemail but I'm calling during business hours this is bad business to me . I have yet to get through for an appointment maybe I will take my business else where .

Had to go back in to get lab results and would not cooperate with pharmacy to get meds refilled even after 3 months from full physical. Same experience as other member of my family. Rude office staff.

I have never met such an uncaring, cold-hearted person. This so called "doctor" will not give a referral for treatment to a terminally diagnosed cancer patient that was in the hospital and needed a referral to see an oncologist. She claimed she needed to see her to give the referral, but how would that be possible, if she was in the hospital shortly after having brain surgery! I had all the medical records showing diagnosis, but she still refused claiming that it was Medicare rule. Ahh wrong, because I spoke to Medicare and they said she was allowed to give the referral as long as she had been seen by the Dr in the last six months (which she had). Even her brain surgeon was shocked when I said this woman refused to send a referral. Asma, the office manager told me to figure out a way to take her there even if it was in a stretcher by EMS. This lady is just after money, does not care about her patients at all! After I told them what Medicare told me about the referral they send a… termination of PCP letter. Out of everything that is the best letter we received. Now we will be able to find someone who actually cares. Do yourself a favor and find another Dr that actually cares. This has been the worst, inhumane person I have encountered.

Just horrible and unprofessional. I don't understand how Dr. Zaidi is practicing medicine, she is ignorant and unlearned.

Dr. Sarah Zaidi is very rude and unprofessional. My first visit with her I tried to explain my family history with her and my medical history she was not listening at all. She talk very fast and has poor listening skills. I had a well woman check up 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything from Dr. Zaidi until I contacted her office. I was very upset with the way she run her practice and I expressed my concerns and she hung up the phone in my face. I am reporting her to the licensing board immediately

The most impolite & inconsiderate doctor I've ever experienced!

This is the physician you want in an emergency situation. She cares enough to find the cause in order to find the cure.
