This place is disgusting wow..I never seen a place where a doctor allows there receptionists in the front desk provide vaccine for a child..isn't it suppost to be the doctor that does it?? Well anyway the doctor is not caring at all. Honestly she needs to fire all her employees that she has in the front desk horrible customer service. Omg this place doesn't know anything about there online portal they provide to there patients to schedule and reschedule appointments. I had a 2:30-2:45pm appiontment, an I got there at exact 2:45 and there door was closed like nobody was there so I called and this rude employee (front desk) answers and said the doctor left at 2:45 and will be back at 4pm to call back then said my appointment was at 2:30pm when was true but the online portal gives you a extra 15min grace which gives you a 2:30- 2:45 appointment like I had. I explained to her what I saw online and asked why would she leave at 2:45 if my daughter appointment was at that time? I didn't get… an answer.. She clearly didn't know anything about the portal was so rude when asked her name she hung up on me. Then I got an email at 9 clock at night and said my account for the online patient portal was deleted?? What? I never did that wat professional practice deletes there patients portal? mine you.. it's not mine but for my 4 year old daughter that needs her physical before school smh. Well the doctor never even called me back at 4pm to speak about what happen. This place is nothing I've ever seen before. I will never go there again. I only when there twice and it's always been something but today was the last time I'm changing her pediatrician.

Be aware of this crooked doctor. She’s money hungry and DOES NOT want to be questioned or cooperate with parents. We requested to have our baby’s vaccines and shots spread out to every 2 weeks or so. She gave an attitude about it and then when my wife came in, without consent, she proceeded to give about 5 vaccines in 3 shots or so all at once! DO NOT see this lady!

I went to Dr.Sunku because of her great reviews online. The first visit at the hospital went really well - she was pleasant and answered my questions thoroughly. Her office is very quick and they respond quickly. Those are the perks of this office. But after the first month, she was extremely rude, abrupt and impatient with me regarding my child. She had such an attitude. If we asked questions, she would mock us and speak to us condescendingly. When our child's weight was poor and I asked for options about what we can do, she said this was outside her job description. (Who are we supposed to ask our questions to!?) Finally, she told me that I should just quit breastfeeding and switch to formula. When my child's situation didn't change, I felt so uncomfortable calling her. She certainly didn't seem to care about my child nor does she have the patience to deal with parents and their questions. When I saw another doctor, they were alarmed that Sunku didn't want to monitor my… child more closely -- especially since my child wasn't gaining weight well. (She told me to just come back after two months) This new doctor insisted we come in regularly for weight checks, worked with me through new options, and took her time (45 min) to talk me through all my questions. I'm so glad we left.

Dr. Sunku seems so nice in the beginning, but little did I know that her niceness was actually sarcasm. My first couple of visits I had soooo much question, I'm a young mom, I worried, I asked tons of questions, and her response would always been "ma'am she's a baby shes will get sick, she will be fine" Or ma'am idk what you talking about. Yeah its great that, I don't have to wait forever and a day for my daughter to get seen, but if your aren't going to fully diagnose, or even listen to what I say has been going on, it is the same thing as not getting seen by a doctor at all. I told her information another provider had told me, and information that was available on a credible site that my daughter needed to travel with and she told me i didnt know what i was talking about. After being super persistent about the request that i needed from her, 3 weeks later, she calls me and she says oh apparently your child does need the medication to prevent any infection prior to traveling. She… never apologize, and thank God i remained persistent. cause she made it seem like i didn't know what i was talking about after having more than 4 conversations with her about the matter. What else could she be wrong about that shes made me seem like i was tripping about.

Dr. Sunku is the best doctor i have seen, she takes her time with me and hears all my concerns. i would recommend her to anyone

The most greedy person I have ever seen in my life. Its all about money for her. She denied me service and medical records just because I had outstanding dues of $200 for the very first time. She is fast paced and wont let you ask all your questions. She wont be available if you call outside of her office hours. She is not a service minded doctor for sure.
