Dr. Sarita Rastogi, MD

Rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend

When I think about Dr. Rastogi, sometimes I want to cry because of the love and care she has shown me for at least 20 years, maybe more. Dr. Rastogi truly cares about me and my family. She is there and understands some of the anxieties I have as well, and she takes a well rounded balanced approach as a physician, looking at the person as a whole. I experienced a catastrophic brain bleed in 2019, and was in ICU for 10 days. Although I was in ICU, I know Dr. Rastogi was checking on me and I know how much she cared. When I got out, she was always there to see me, to check anything that needed to be checked. She said one thing that I will never forget. Once after my brain bleed I was extremely anxious at home and affected by others moods. She told me "forget about everyone else and worry about you." She gave me permission to know how important my health was, and that it came first. I consider Dr. Rastogi a friend and care about her and her family as well. I am fortunate to have her on my… team as my doctor.

Dr. Rastogi is a wonderful doctor who has always been there for me. She’s very knowledgeable, warm and friendly but still remains totally professional. She will refer you to the best specialists if need be. I’ve been seeing her on a regular basis for years and I highly recommend her.

When my suffering wife really needed her attention Dr. Rastogi was there. When I had need of a reference to a specialist Dr Rasogi's advice was excellent. She talks very fast. it's good to take notes as she speaks.its good to ask questions. All in all a very caring ,through person

Dr Rastogi is a Professional, knowledgeable and compassionate dr. She has given me a great deal of her time and has recommended excellent specialists when needed. Dr Rastogi really cares about her patients and goes the extra distance to give excellent care and support. Dr Rastogi’s office has improved and her staff is more professional than in the past.

A gifted doctor with a good heart.

She was my doctor for over a decade. I am sorry to say I do agree with every aspect of the "poor" reviews which have been written about her.

Not thorough, poor followup on test results. Has receptionist calls with med changes - either she gets things mixed up or doc tells her wrong. Cheap - she uses Xeroxed RX sheets, double books appointments. Waited 2 hours, 4 patients went in but she only spends 3-5 minutes in room with patients, where she only talks over you so she can move you out of there. Constantly takes phones calls from pharmacies, docs, and hospitals while you are in the room because everyone else is more important than her patient. She needs to understand the practice of medicine is about patient care, improve her bedside manner, and not focus on what money she can make. Office policy requires you send them a stamp to mail you reports and then they take the stamp and say you have to go in to pick up the report and then charge you $1 per page. She double books patients so she can make more $ which increases your wait and shortens time she spends with patients so she can see more or visit patients in rehab or… hospital where she makes even more $. Please stay away. The sad part is that she is a specialist in geriatrics and takes advantage of the elderly.

She told me the most inaccurate information. Only talks a lot rather than diagnosing the patient don't get me wrong she's really nice and has a good personality I just wouldn't reccomend her as a doctor

I will not come to this office for nothing in the world each time I go even to sign a paper I would have to see her if not she will brush it off 30 dollar copay even if I come for a followup and is her who wants to see me its a rip off for each time and rushes with you especially when she has a lot of patients also each time there are different girls working I don't think the pay is good and they leave to better themselves. It feels like if this office is a training school no one lasts. Note don't come to this office she's a rip off all she wants is money.
