It is extremely difficult to speak with a human in this office by phone. They have so many options, some of which do not even apply to the purpose of your call. On two occasions, they have phoned in my prescription refills to the wrong pharmacy. In addition, they only phoned in a one month supply for a medication I take twice daily and I am only scheduled for appointments every six months.
