Horrible. Evil. Immoral, and Unethical, what you're receptionist did to me on March 29th, 2023:: Y'all had me wait, 3 Months, with severe depression to get an appointment: I guess that tells you the entire story from the get go.. And then I go to my appointment that day, and what does your receptionist tell me?? That I gave the wrong phone number, which I didn't, with every hospital taking 2 phone numbers, cell and home phone number, and it doesn't even matter if both numbers I gave were wrong; I was in need of immediate help and your receptionist just said that I couldn't make my own appointment because I supposedly gave an incorrect number: That makes no sense; It was wrong, evil, immoral, and very Unethical what your staff did to me.. I wound up going to the psyche ward and jail because of it.

Worst office personal I have ever seen! They do not care about their patients!!!

Dr. Gad helped me get my life back! The most knowledgeable and compassionate Doctor with years of experience in all areas of mental health including Addiction. He always takes time to get to know you as a patient. Highly recommend!

Never answers the phone, vm or email. They are why understaffed. The female NP is never on time, she forgets to refill meds after several attempts. The doctor calls his patients back when it is convenient for him. The nurse is way too loud for that little office. I’ve overheard her talk disrespectfully on the telephone and even to the receptionist. As far as the sobriety solutions, they tuned down a patient for a ridiculous reason. I pray this person can find help soon. I don’t know how someone can sleep at night turning down a patient who is need of help and who also wants to better herself.

Dr. Gad and Bryant Dronnet PNHNF are both caring and extremely knowledgeable about Major Depression and the multiple problems that come with my lifelong battle.

I called Medicaid and they told me that they have never heard of charging a Medicaid patient $35 or any amount to do the paperwork for any patient. I’m changing to another doctor and I’m letting the innocent people know about this on social media.

Office staff was very professional.

He took care of my brother and when I went in to see him he did the same, very passionate Dr and staff towards their patients to help each and every one of them
