Would of been zero stars but you have to give atleast one. She horrible in caring individuals Had abnormal lab work never heard from her when my labs came back so I assumed it was okay.. wrong I had a serious issue I was unaware of . Was only when I got a new PCP A year later due to her leaving my plan and they requested my lab work that I find out the abnormal results back them. Now it’s been a year with abnormal results and I’m now just trying to fix the issue. Plus the office staff in the Plainview office does not call back for days as you need to leave a message on an answer machine and the have a severe attitude problem when they do call back or when you speak to them in the office

She is approachable and available. I feel as though I matter to her. I recommend Dr. Kamal as a highly effective medical professional.

One of the best doctors ever. So considerate. Doesn’t rush at all. Great listener and gives good recommendations for a healthy lifestyle. Actually feels like she cares. Would totally recommend seeing her.

Doctor is condescending and only carries out billable actions. No courtesy, no compassion, no care. Office staff is questionable. I was literally told it was illegal for doctors to speak on the phone! I guess if you're ill, you're also stupid!

Dr. Sawat Kamal is a most caring Dr. and appears extremely efficient and is very detailed in her instructions for your care It was my first visit and I was completely at ease
