Very caring and empathetic. Best PCP I've ever had. On top of record keeping and ordering prescriptions. A lovely human being.

Dr. Amara performed extremely sloppy work which resulted in problems with the insurance company. I had to seek other physicians to help correct her mistakes which took over six months to adjust. Very, very disappointed.

I would give Dr. Amara a zero if it was available. She is insensitive and doesn't listen. I went to her shortly after I enrolled in Medicare. However, my reasons for the appointment were very urgent and specific reasons. The only thing she was interested in was completing the Medicare checklist. She was motivated in getting me to make a priority of tests and vaccines prescribed by Medicare that did not have an immediate impact on the issues that were having a daily negative impact on my life. She ignored the issues that I care about. If you are young and healthy she is a pleasant person, but if you have serious issues you need addressed you might choose someone else.
